- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 5 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/3 cup strawberry jam
- 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a 9 inch springform pan with parchment paper and lightly grease the sides.
- In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar, brown sugar, 3 eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and chocolate chips until combined.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese with remaining 1/2 cup granulated sugar until smooth. Mix in 2 eggs and sour cream.
- Spread brownie batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- Pour cheesecake filling over brownie layer and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50 to 55 minutes until center is mostly set with a slight jiggle.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Top with sliced strawberries and warm strawberry jam before serving.
- Slice and serve chilled.

- Use room temperature cream cheese for the smoothest filling.
- Chill overnight for even cleaner slices and richer flavor.
- Pat strawberries dry before adding them on top to avoid excess moisture.
