- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 3/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- Cook penne pasta until slightly under al dente, then drain.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, combine cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth.
- Add shredded chicken, cooked pasta, cheddar cheese, and half the mozzarella cheese. Stir well.
- Transfer mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
