Description

A warm and crispy tuna melt wrap filled with creamy tuna, fresh celery, and melted cheese, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned tuna, drained
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons celery, finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, chopped celery, salt, and black pepper until creamy.
  3. Lightly butter the skillet.
  4. Spread the tuna mixture onto each tortilla and sprinkle shredded cheese evenly on top, then fold into a wrap.
  5. Place the wraps in the skillet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden and the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from heat and let rest for 1 minute.
  7. Slice in half and serve warm.

Notes

  • Drain tuna well to avoid soggy wraps.
