Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium high heat.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, chili paste, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar, and cornstarch slurry.
- Add a small amount of oil to the skillet and let it heat.
- Add zucchini slices and garlic, stir fry for 5 to 7 minutes until slightly tender.
- Pour in the sauce and stir continuously until it thickens and coats the zucchini.
- Sprinkle green onions and sesame seeds on top.
