- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 2 cups barbecue sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 6 brioche buns
- 3 cups coleslaw mix
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub the mixture over the beef chuck roast.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the beef on all sides until browned.
- Transfer the beef to a slow cooker or Dutch oven.
- Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and 1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce.
- Cook on low for 8 hours in a slow cooker or at 325°F for about 4 hours in the oven until the beef is fork tender.
- Shred the beef using two forks and stir in the remaining barbecue sauce.
- In a bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and honey.
- Lightly toast the brioche buns.
- Assemble the sandwiches with pulled beef and coleslaw, then serve immediately.
