- 500 grams beef chuck, cut into chunks
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Set the slow cooker to low heat to preheat.
- In a bowl, mix beef broth, tomato paste, paprika, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
- Lightly grease the slow cooker with olive oil.
- Add beef, sweet potatoes, carrots, onion, and garlic into the slow cooker, then pour the broth mixture over everything.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours until the beef is tender and vegetables are soft.
- Stir gently to combine flavors and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
