- 600 grams boneless chicken pieces
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 medium red onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup black olives
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 whole lemon, juiced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup crumbled white cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix chicken with olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add a little olive oil to the skillet if needed.
- Place chicken pieces into the skillet in a single layer.
- Cook for about 12 minutes, turning halfway, then add tomatoes, onions, and olives and cook for another 8 minutes.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over everything and sprinkle cheese and parsley.
- Serve warm straight from the skillet.

- Do not overcrowd the skillet for proper browning
