  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet, then sauté onion, garlic, mushrooms, and bell pepper until softened. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper, then mix in cheese.
  3. Place the puff pastry sheet on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Spread the filling evenly in the center, then fold and seal the pastry edges.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes until golden and crisp.
  6. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
