Description

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 ¼ teaspoons instant yeast
  • ¾ cup warm milk
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 large eggs
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh sage leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine bread flour, sugar, yeast, warm milk, eggs, butter, and salt until a soft dough forms.
  3. Lightly grease the baking dish to prevent sticking.
  4. Shape the dough into small balls and arrange evenly in the dish.
  5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Mix honey with melted butter, brush over warm rolls, and sprinkle with chopped sage.
