- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a gentle boil and carefully add the eggs. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Transfer eggs to cold water, let cool, then peel them.
- Slice each egg in half lengthwise and remove the yolks into a mixing bowl.
- Mash the yolks until smooth, then add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix until creamy and well combined.
- Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg white halves.
- Sprinkle with additional paprika and chopped parsley.
