Description

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a gentle boil and carefully add the eggs. Cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Transfer eggs to cold water, let cool, then peel them.
  3. Slice each egg in half lengthwise and remove the yolks into a mixing bowl.
  4. Mash the yolks until smooth, then add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Mix until creamy and well combined.
  6. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg white halves.
