Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C and lightly grease a cake pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just incorporated.
- Fold in orange zest and raisins gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool slightly before removing from the pan.
- Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
