- 600 grams potatoes, sliced
- 400 grams boneless chicken thigh pieces
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
- Season the chicken pieces with salt, black pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until golden and fully cooked, then remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining oil and butter, then add the sliced potatoes and onions.
- Cook until the potatoes are golden and crispy, stirring occasionally.
- Add the minced garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and mix well, cooking for a few more minutes.
- Sprinkle fresh parsley on top and serve hot.

- Avoid overcrowding the pan to ensure crispiness.
