- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Add milk and half of the melted butter, then mix until a soft dough forms.
- Lightly grease your hands and prepare the baking tray.
- Take small portions of dough, flatten them, place shredded mozzarella in the center, and seal into balls.
- Arrange the dough balls on the tray and bake for 18 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix the remaining melted butter with minced garlic and brush over the warm cheese bombs.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley on top and serve warm.
