Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Add milk and half of the melted butter, then mix until a soft dough forms.
  3. Lightly grease your hands and prepare the baking tray.
  4. Take small portions of dough, flatten them, place shredded mozzarella in the center, and seal into balls.
  5. Arrange the dough balls on the tray and bake for 18 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Mix the remaining melted butter with minced garlic and brush over the warm cheese bombs.
  7. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top and serve warm.
