A fresh and vibrant Hawaiian poke bowl made with sushi-grade tuna, crisp vegetables, fluffy rice, and a creamy spicy aioli that ties everything together in a perfectly balanced bite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 300 grams sushi-grade tuna, cubed
  • 2 cups cooked white rice, slightly cooled
  • 1 large avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the white rice according to package instructions and allow it to cool slightly.
  2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil until smooth to create the spicy aioli.
  3. Prepare all ingredients by slicing the avocado, cucumber, and shredding the carrots.
  4. Divide the rice into serving bowls as the base.
  5. Arrange cubed tuna, avocado, cucumber, and carrots over the rice.
