- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
- 1 whole avocado, sliced
- 1 medium cucumber, sliced into strips
- 4 nori sheets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add vegetable oil.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken with mayonnaise until well combined.
- Shape the cooked rice into small flat rectangles or squares.
- Place a nori sheet, add a layer of rice, then spread the chicken mixture and top with avocado and cucumber.
- Place the rice side down in the pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the pan, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and drizzle lightly with soy sauce.
- Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve warm.
