Description

Crispy rice chicken sushi rolls with a golden crunchy exterior and a savory, creamy filling that blends tender chicken, fresh vegetables, and rich flavors in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
  • 1 whole avocado, sliced
  • 1 medium cucumber, sliced into strips
  • 4 nori sheets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add vegetable oil.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken with mayonnaise until well combined.
  3. Shape the cooked rice into small flat rectangles or squares.
  4. Place a nori sheet, add a layer of rice, then spread the chicken mixture and top with avocado and cucumber.
  5. Place the rice side down in the pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from the pan, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and drizzle lightly with soy sauce.
  7. Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve warm.
