Instructions
- Preheat a non stick pan over medium heat and lightly coat with oil.

- Spread rice into thin layers or shape into compact rectangles.
- Place nori sheet, add rice, chicken, avocado, and cucumber, then roll tightly.
- Place rolls in the pan and cook each side until golden and crispy.
- Slice into even pieces and drizzle with soy sauce.
