Description

Crispy rice chicken sushi rolls with a golden crunchy exterior and a soft, flavorful filling of chicken, avocado, and cucumber. A perfect homemade fusion dish that balances texture and taste.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups sushi rice
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
  • 4 nori sheets
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat a non stick pan over medium heat and lightly coat with oil.
  2. Mix cooked rice with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until evenly seasoned.
  3. Spread rice into thin layers or shape into compact rectangles.
  4. Place nori sheet, add rice, chicken, avocado, and cucumber, then roll tightly.
  5. Place rolls in the pan and cook each side until golden and crispy.
  6. Slice into even pieces and drizzle with soy sauce.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy.
