- 2 medium chicken fillets, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 pound pizza dough
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the chopped chicken with marinara sauce, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the pizza dough into rectangles.
- Place the chicken mixture onto each dough piece and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Roll each piece tightly and seal the edges well.
- Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over them.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Let them cool slightly before serving to allow the filling to set.

- Do not overfill the rolls to prevent leaking during baking.
- Use freshly grated cheese for better melting and flavor.
