Description

Ingredients

  • 250 ml milk
  • 30 grams butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. In a bowl, mix milk, melted butter, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lightly grease a baking dish.
  4. Layer the sliced potatoes evenly, pouring some of the milk mixture between layers, then top with shredded cheese.
  5. Bake for 50 minutes until the top is golden and the potatoes are tender.
