Description

A rich and comforting creamy pasta dish loaded with sautéed mushrooms, fresh spinach, and a silky parmesan cream sauce that comes together in under 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 250 grams pasta
  • 200 grams mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add garlic and sliced mushrooms, cook until mushrooms are golden.
  5. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and let it simmer gently.
  7. Add grated parmesan cheese and stir until smooth and creamy.
  8. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss well to coat.
  9. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  10. Serve warm with extra parmesan if desired.

  • Use freshly grated parmesan for best flavor and texture.
  • Reserve a little pasta water to adjust sauce consistency if needed.
