- 250 grams pasta
- 200 grams mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sliced mushrooms, cook until mushrooms are golden.
- Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour in heavy cream and let it simmer gently.
- Add grated parmesan cheese and stir until smooth and creamy.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss well to coat.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve warm with extra parmesan if desired.

- Use freshly grated parmesan for best flavor and texture.
- Reserve a little pasta water to adjust sauce consistency if needed.
- Do not overcook mushrooms to keep their texture.
