Description

A rich and comforting pasta dish coated in a silky tomato cream sauce, finished with parmesan and fresh basil for a balanced, satisfying flavor.


Ingredients

  • 250 grams dry pasta
  • 2 cups crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over medium high heat.
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a deep pan over medium heat, then add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Pour in crushed tomatoes, stir well, and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
