  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups freshly shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup diced green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
  2. Season the chicken with paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, then stir in the cream cheese until smooth.
  6. Add the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and green chilies.
  7. Simmer gently for 5 to 7 minutes while stirring occasionally until thick and creamy.
  8. Sprinkle parsley over the top and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
