- 2 pounds chicken tenderloins, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 cups freshly shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cans (10.5 ounces each) cream of chicken soup
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cups cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- Lightly grease the crockpot insert and set the slow cooker to low heat.
- In a mixing bowl, stir together cream of chicken soup, softened cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Place the chicken pieces into the crockpot evenly across the bottom.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken and sprinkle in half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.
- During the final 45 minutes, stir in the broccoli florets and remaining cheddar cheese.
- Stir gently until the cheese melts completely and the broccoli becomes tender.
- Serve warm over cooked rice.
