- 2 boneless skinless chicken pieces
- 300 grams fettuccine pasta
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 loaf baguette bread
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- Cook the fettuccine pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the chicken until golden and fully cooked, then remove and slice.
- In the same pan, melt butter, add minced garlic, then pour in heavy cream and stir.
- Add grated parmesan cheese and mix until the sauce becomes smooth.
- Return the sliced chicken and cooked pasta to the pan and mix well to coat everything.
- Let the mixture simmer gently until the sauce thickens.
- Mix butter with garlic, spread on baguette slices, and toast in the oven until golden.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley over the pasta.
- Serve the creamy pasta with garlic bread on the side and enjoy.
Notes
- Use freshly grated parmesan for a smoother sauce.
- Do not overcook the chicken to keep it tender.
- Add a splash of pasta water if the sauce becomes too thick.
