- 500 grams chicken pieces
- 200 grams chorizo sausage, sliced
- 1 cup white rice
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/3 cup buffalo sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat a large skillet over medium heat and prepare a saucepan for the rice.
- In a mixing bowl, combine honey, buffalo sauce, garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Add the chicken pieces and coat evenly.
- Add olive oil to the skillet and cook the chorizo slices until they release their oils, then remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook the coated chicken until golden and fully cooked, then return the chorizo to the pan.
- In the saucepan, sauté the chopped onion, add the rice, then cook with water according to package instructions until fluffy.
- Top the cooked chicken with shredded cheese and allow it to melt gently.
- Sprinkle fresh parsley over the chicken and rice, then serve warm.

- Adjust the buffalo sauce and honey to control spice and sweetness.
- Use freshly grated cheese for better melting.
- Do not overcook the chicken to keep it juicy.
