Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, milk, eggs, melted butter, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan and cook thin crepes one at a time, then set aside.
  4. In another bowl, combine shredded chicken, spinach, garlic, heavy cream, and half of the shredded cheese.
  5. Fill each crepe with the mixture, roll them, and place in the prepared baking dish.
  6. Pour remaining cream over the crepes and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes until golden and bubbling.
  8. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
