- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, milk, eggs, melted butter, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan and cook thin crepes one at a time, then set aside.
- In another bowl, combine shredded chicken, spinach, garlic, heavy cream, and half of the shredded cheese.
- Fill each crepe with the mixture, roll them, and place in the prepared baking dish.
- Pour remaining cream over the crepes and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes until golden and bubbling.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

- Let the crepe batter rest before cooking for softer texture.
- Do not overfill crepes to prevent tearing.
