- 1 cup Biscoff spread for the batter
- 1 cup Biscoff spread for the frosting
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup crushed Biscoff cookies
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease two 8-inch cake pans and line them with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- In another large bowl, beat the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Mix in the vanilla extract and 1 cup of Biscoff spread.
- Alternate adding the dry ingredients and milk until the batter is smooth.
- Divide the batter evenly between the prepared cake pans.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake layers to cool completely.
- Prepare the frosting by beating 1 cup Biscoff spread, powdered sugar, and heavy cream until smooth and fluffy.
- Spread frosting between the cake layers and over the top and sides of the cake.
- Finish with crushed Biscoff cookies on top and around the sides before serving.
