- 12 ounces thick tortilla chips
- 3 cups shredded smoked beef brisket
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 fresh jalapeños, sliced
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, toss the shredded brisket with half of the barbecue sauce.
- Spread half of the tortilla chips evenly across the baking sheet.
- Layer half of the brisket, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, and diced tomatoes over the chips.
- Repeat with the remaining tortilla chips, brisket, cheese, jalapeños, and tomatoes.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with the remaining barbecue sauce.
- Top with sour cream, chopped green onions, and fresh cilantro.
- Serve immediately while hot and crispy.
