- 3 tablespoons harissa paste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 3 medium carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine harissa paste, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
- Add chicken thighs and sliced carrots to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil.
- Arrange the chicken and carrots in a single layer in the basket.
- Cook for 16 to 18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken reaches 165°F internally.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
