Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together whole milk, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Lightly grease ramekins and place them on a stable tray.
- Pour the mixture evenly into each ramekin, filling about three quarters full.
- Place the ramekins in the air fryer and cook for 15 minutes until the tops are lightly golden.
- Remove and let them cool slightly to allow the texture to set.
- Serve warm or chilled as desired.
Notes
- Use room temperature eggs for a smoother mixture.
- Strain the mixture before cooking for a silkier texture.
- Avoid overcooking to keep the custard soft.
- Let the dessert rest before serving for best consistency.
