Description

This no bake strawberry lasagna is a creamy layered dessert made with golden cookie crust, fluffy cheesecake filling, fresh strawberries, and whipped topping. It is cool, refreshing, easy to prepare, and perfect for parties, holidays, or warm summer days.


Ingredients

  • 36 golden sandwich cookies, crushed
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 16 ounces whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 boxes instant cheesecake pudding mix, 3.4 ounces each
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 4 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Crush the golden sandwich cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter until evenly combined.
  2. Press half of the cookie mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish to form the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. Fold in half of the whipped topping until light and fluffy.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the cheesecake pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust layer.
  7. Add an even layer of sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese filling.
  8. Spread the pudding mixture evenly over the strawberries.
  9. Refrigerate the dessert for at least 4 hours until fully set.
  10. Spread the remaining whipped topping over the chilled dessert.
  11. Sprinkle the remaining cookie crumbs on top and garnish with extra strawberry slices if desired.
  12. Slice and serve chilled.
