Description

Zesty Pickle Pops are a tangy, salty, and refreshing frozen snack perfect for hot summer days. Made with dill pickle juice and a hint of spice, these icy treats are a unique twist for pickle lovers looking for something bold, savory, and totally unexpected.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups dill pickle juice (from jar)
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce (optional, for heat)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon pickle brine spices or a few dill sprigs (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a pitcher or bowl, combine dill pickle juice, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Stir well.
  2. Taste and adjust spice level as desired. Add dill sprigs or spices for extra flavor, if using.
  3. Pour the mixture evenly into ice pop molds or small cups with sticks.
  4. Freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or until completely solid.
  5. To serve, run the mold under warm water for a few seconds to release the pops.

Notes

  • Use spicy pickle juice for even more heat and flavor.
  • Great as a post-workout electrolyte boost or savory summer snack.
  • Can be made in silicone molds, ice cube trays, or plastic sleeves.
