- 20 wonton wrappers, cut into triangles
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cups vegetable oil for frying or 2 tablespoons for baking
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F or heat oil in a deep pan for frying.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, soy sauce, garlic powder, and half of the green onions until smooth.
- Bake wonton triangles brushed with oil or fry them until golden and crispy.
- Layer crispy wonton chips on a tray, spread the crab mixture evenly, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Drizzle sweet chili sauce and sprinkle remaining green onions.
- Serve immediately while warm and crispy.
