Description

Creamy no-bake cheesecake balls made with sweet white chocolate and fresh raspberries, perfect for parties, holidays, or an easy make-ahead dessert.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries, finely chopped
  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in the graham cracker crumbs until fully combined and the mixture thickens.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped fresh raspberries, distributing them evenly.
  4. Cover the bowl and chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Scoop the chilled mixture and roll into small balls, then place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Melt the white chocolate chips gently until smooth.
  7. Dip each cheesecake ball into the melted white chocolate, coating completely.
  8. Place the coated balls back onto the baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate is set.
