Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully smooth.
- Stir in dried cranberries and toasted pecans until evenly coated.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing slightly apart.
- Sprinkle each cluster lightly with sea salt if using.
- Let clusters set at room temperature for about 30 minutes or refrigerate for 15 minutes until firm.
