- 200 grams spaghetti noodles
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup julienned carrots
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the spaghetti noodles until tender, then drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger until well combined.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add a small amount of oil.
- Add broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, and snap peas to the skillet and stir-fry for 4 to 5 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet along with the prepared sauce.
- Toss everything together until the noodles are evenly coated and heated through.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and sliced green onions on top, then serve warm.
