Description

A quick and vibrant veggie stir-fry tossed with sesame noodles, packed with crisp vegetables and a rich, nutty sauce that brings everything together beautifully.


Ingredients

  • 200 grams spaghetti noodles
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup julienned carrots
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the spaghetti noodles until tender, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger until well combined.
  3. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add a small amount of oil.
  4. Add broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, and snap peas to the skillet and stir-fry for 4 to 5 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet along with the prepared sauce.
  6. Toss everything together until the noodles are evenly coated and heated through.
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds and sliced green onions on top, then serve warm.
