  • Cooked Chickpeas: 1 cup, mashed
  • Breadcrumbs: 1/2 cup
  • Soy Sauce: 1 tablespoon
  • Smoked Paprika: 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Onion Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ground Flaxseed: 1 tablespoon + 2.5 tablespoons water
  • Olive Oil: For cooking
  • Vegan Mayonnaise: 1/3 cup
  • Vegan BBQ Sauce: 2 tablespoons
  • Burger Buns: 4, toasted
  • Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Pickles: To taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Heat a heavy skillet or griddle over medium-high heat until very hot.
