Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread the cooked chicken evenly in the baking dish, followed by the diced ham.
- Sprinkle the shredded Swiss cheese over the chicken and ham layers.
- In a bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the sauce mixture evenly over the layered ingredients in the dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter until combined, then sprinkle over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until hot and bubbly with a golden topping.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
