- 1 large ciabatta or hoagie roll, sliced in half
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 slices turkey breast
- 2 slices ham
- 2 slices salami
- 2 slices provolone cheese
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 tomato slices
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 6 slices cucumber
- Pickles (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Spread on both cut sides of the bread.
- Layer turkey, ham, salami, provolone, and cheddar onto the bottom half of the bread.
- Add lettuce, tomato, onion, and cucumber. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Add pickles if using, then close the sandwich with the top half of the bread.
- Slice in half and serve immediately or wrap tightly for later.
Notes
- For a toasted version, grill or press the sandwich before adding the lettuce and veggies.
- Use hummus or avocado instead of mayo for a lighter version.
