Description

This viral ‘tortilla hack’ transforms a simple tortilla into a crispy, customizable pizza with distinct quadrants of toppings. By making a single cut and strategically folding, you create a perfect handheld pizza that’s quick, easy, and endlessly adaptable to your favorite flavors.

Instructions

  1. Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface. Using a knife or kitchen shears, make a single cut from the center of the tortilla to the edge (forming a radius).
  2. Mentally divide the tortilla into four quadrants, using the cut as one of the dividing lines.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the entire surface of the tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over all four quadrants.
  5. Now, add your chosen toppings to each quadrant:
    • **Quadrant 1 (e.g., lower left):** Pepperoni
    • **Quadrant 2 (e.g., upper left):** Diced bell peppers
    • **Quadrant 3 (e.g., upper right):** Sliced mushrooms

  6. Starting from the cut edge of Quadrant 4 (bottom right), fold it up and over Quadrant 3.
