Description

A crispy, golden vegan pizza loaded with vibrant veggies, tangy tomato sauce, and melty plant-based cheese that satisfies every craving without a hint of dairy.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded vegan mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup whole black olives, pitted
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • A handful of fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone inside if using.
  2. Prep your toppings: slice the veggies, shred the cheese, and prepare the sauce.
  3. Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper if not using a stone.
  4. Roll out the dough to your desired thickness and place it on your baking surface.
  5. Spread tomato sauce over the dough, then layer on cheese, veggies, and olives.
  6. Sprinkle oregano and drizzle olive oil over the top.
  7. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
  8. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
