- 1 cup shredded vegan mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup whole black olives, pitted
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- A handful of fresh basil leaves
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone inside if using.
- Prep your toppings: slice the veggies, shred the cheese, and prepare the sauce.
- Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper if not using a stone.
- Roll out the dough to your desired thickness and place it on your baking surface.
- Spread tomato sauce over the dough, then layer on cheese, veggies, and olives.
- Sprinkle oregano and drizzle olive oil over the top.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
- Remove from oven and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
- Let the dough sit at room temperature before rolling for easier handling.
- Use parchment paper to avoid sticking and for easier clean-up.
- A pizza stone gives you a crisper crust but a baking sheet works just fine too.
