Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 red chilies, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar until well combined.
  3. Add vegetable oil to the hot pan.
  4. Add garlic and chilies, sauté briefly until fragrant.

  6. Pour in the sauce mixture and stir until the chicken is coated and glossy.
  7. Add fresh basil leaves and stir gently until wilted.
