Description

Sugar Cookie Stuffed Cinnamon Rolls combine the gooey sweetness of cinnamon rolls with the fun and colorful twist of sugar cookie dough inside. Topped with a simple frosting and sprinkles, these treats are perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dessert.

  • 1 Pillsbury pizza crust
  • ¼ cup butter, softened
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ tablespoon cinnamon
  • 16.5 oz package of Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
  • 2 tablespoons colorful sprinkles
  • Frosting:
    • ¼ cup butter, softened
    • 3 tablespoons milk
    • ¾ cup powdered sugar
    • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
    • Colorful sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Roll out the pizza crust and spread softened butter evenly over it.
  3. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the buttered crust.
  4. Roll out sugar cookie dough and place over the pizza crust layer, then sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of colorful sprinkles.
  5. Carefully roll the entire dough into a log and slice into 1-inch pieces.
  6. Place rolls cut-side up in the prepared baking dish.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
  8. While baking, prepare frosting by mixing softened butter, milk, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  9. Once rolls are slightly cooled, drizzle frosting over them and top with additional colorful sprinkles.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
