- 1 Pillsbury pizza crust
- ¼ cup butter, softened
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ tablespoon cinnamon
- 16.5 oz package of Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
- 2 tablespoons colorful sprinkles
- Frosting:
- ¼ cup butter, softened
- 3 tablespoons milk
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Colorful sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Roll out the pizza crust and spread softened butter evenly over it.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the buttered crust.
- Roll out sugar cookie dough and place over the pizza crust layer, then sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of colorful sprinkles.
- Carefully roll the entire dough into a log and slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Place rolls cut-side up in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
- While baking, prepare frosting by mixing softened butter, milk, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Once rolls are slightly cooled, drizzle frosting over them and top with additional colorful sprinkles.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
