Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, chopped spinach, minced garlic, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

- Lay the salmon fillets flat and spread the filling evenly over each piece.
- Roll each fillet tightly into a pinwheel shape.
