Description

Strawberry Nutella Crepe Cake is a show-stopping dessert made from delicate crepes stacked with creamy Nutella and strawberries in between — a perfect blend of rich chocolate, sweet strawberries, and buttery crepes!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1 cup strawberries, thinly sliced
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, eggs, milk, salt, and melted butter; whisk until smooth.
  2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup batter into the center and swirl to evenly spread.
  3. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges lift and bottom is lightly browned; flip and cook another 30 seconds.
  4. Repeat with remaining batter. Stack crepes on a plate.
  5. To assemble, place a crepe on a serving plate, spread a thin layer of Nutella, and arrange strawberries on top. Repeat to create a stack.
  6. Finish by dusting with powdered sugar and serving immediately.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, add a dash of vanilla extract to the batter.
  • Serve chilled or at room temperature — both are delicious.
  • Add bananas or raspberries for a twist.
