- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 1 cup strawberries, thinly sliced
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine flour, eggs, milk, salt, and melted butter; whisk until smooth.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup batter into the center and swirl to evenly spread.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges lift and bottom is lightly browned; flip and cook another 30 seconds.
- Repeat with remaining batter. Stack crepes on a plate.
- To assemble, place a crepe on a serving plate, spread a thin layer of Nutella, and arrange strawberries on top. Repeat to create a stack.
- Finish by dusting with powdered sugar and serving immediately.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add a dash of vanilla extract to the batter.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature — both are delicious.
- Add bananas or raspberries for a twist.
