Description
A refreshing layered drink made with sweet mango, juicy strawberries, fresh lemon juice, and honey for the perfect bright and fruity summer lemonade.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 1 large ripe mango, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cups cold water
- Ice cubes, as needed
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- Rinse your blender and strainer with hot water to prepare your tools.
- Blend mango cubes with 1 tablespoon honey and 1/2 cup water until smooth. Transfer to a bowl. Rinse blender and blend strawberries with remaining honey and 1/2 cup water until smooth.
- Strain both the mango and strawberry mixtures through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds and pulp.
- In a pitcher, mix lemon juice with the remaining 1 cup water, then stir in the mango puree.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator if desired.
- Fill glasses with ice, pour in the mango lemonade first, then gently layer the strawberry mixture over the back of a spoon.
- Garnish with mint or fruit and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use fully ripe mangoes for the best sweetness and texture.
- Straining the mixtures gives the drink a silky smooth consistency.
- For a fizzy version, top with sparkling water before serving.
- Freeze any leftovers into ice cubes for flavored water later on.
