- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup strawberry glaze
- 12 Golden Oreos, crushed
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks, then fold it gently into the cream cheese mixture.
- Crush the Golden Oreos and mix with melted butter to form a crunchy topping. Set aside.
- Arrange the taco shells and pipe or spoon the cheesecake filling into each shell.
- Top with strawberry glaze and a few pieces of chopped strawberries.
- Sprinkle the Oreo crunch over the top of each taco.
- Chill for 10-15 minutes before serving for best texture.
