Description

Tender, juicy ribs coated in a rich sticky garlic soy glaze that perfectly balances sweet, savory, and aromatic flavors for an irresistible dish.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg pork ribs
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Line a baking tray with foil and place ribs evenly on top.
  4. Pour half of the sauce over the ribs, coating them evenly.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
  6. Remove foil, baste with remaining sauce, and continue cooking for 30 minutes, basting occasionally until sticky and caramelized.
  7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
  8. Let rest briefly, then serve warm.
