- 1.5 kg pork ribs
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper until well combined.
- Line a baking tray with foil and place ribs evenly on top.
- Pour half of the sauce over the ribs, coating them evenly.
- Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Remove foil, baste with remaining sauce, and continue cooking for 30 minutes, basting occasionally until sticky and caramelized.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
- Let rest briefly, then serve warm.
