Ingredients
Scale

- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles
- 20–24 lollipop sticks
Instructions
- Crumble the cooled cake into fine crumbs in a mixing bowl.
- Add frosting a little at a time, mixing until the texture is soft and moldable.
