- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fold in shredded chicken, chopped artichokes, spinach, 1 cup mozzarella, and 1/4 cup parmesan.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Broil for 2–3 minutes for a crispy top, then let rest before serving.
