Description

Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, these spicy roasted new potatoes are tossed in a smoky, garlicky blend of seasonings that make them completely irresistible.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds baby new potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the potatoes out evenly on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley while still warm.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy immediately.
