- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the potatoes out evenly on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley while still warm.
- Serve hot and enjoy immediately.
